“In-Source”, is an operating division of Ardroe Healthcare Consultancy Limited.  We are members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) who are the recognised standards body in the sector and operate within and to the compliance and quality standards for the industry.  Our success in delivering management solutions has resulted in our clients seeking to utilise our other areas of competence and expertise including the expansion into the provision of healthcare staffing solutions.

As highly qualified healthcare and HR practitioners we have managed end to end recruitment processes which includes that as an internal resource for employers.  Our extensive experience means that we have insight into what makes a good candidate and secondly what is a right fit.  We are not sales people as our relationships with both the employer and candidate puts them both on an equal footing as regards to our role.
